Capability

As approved applicators for North America's largest producers of rubber linings, Blair Rubber Co. and Polycorp Ltd., Moon Fabricating boasts a 70,000 square feet of manufacturing. Cranes with 60,000-pound lifting capability, plate rolling, automated submerged arc welding, and CNC plasma burning capabilities all converge for the finest tank fabrication in the nation.

Materials

Materials and proven fabricating techniques are critical to reliability, durability, and function. Tanks are fabricated from carbon steel, stainless steel, or a variety of specialty alloys. Rubber linings are cured utilizing our 12-foot diameter by 40-foot deep pressure steam vulcanizer. Additional lining products include, Koroseal, fiberglass-reinforced systems and specialty coatings.
