Contact Us for Chemical Tank Liners
Creating custom ductwork fabrication, rubber lined pipe, and chemical tank liners are just a few things we are able to do for our industrial customers. Since every project is unique, our customers bring us their exact specifications and requirements for their particular project. Once we are given the parameters for the project, then our team will design and manufacture a product that will contain the material. We are able to customize tanks with different dimensions and the lining. Our services do not stop at manufacturing either. We can also assist with installation, repairs, and replacements.
As rubber lined pipe suppliers, the team at Moon Fabricating Corporation works directly with you to ensure all of your needs are met. If you are interested in learning more about how we can assist you or have a question about how to get started, you can fill out the boxes below and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Corrosion Resistant Liners from Moon Fabricating Corp. in Indiana
Founded by Richard Moon in 1923, Moon Fabricating Corp. began production in Kokomo, Indiana. Initial operations included custom steel fabrication, construction/erection and machining services.
In 1957, they were approved as applicators of BF Goodrich Koroseal PVC sheet linings. The organization provided fabrication and tank lining services to industrial operations across the Midwest. Clients included Steel, Automotive, Chemical, Plating, Anodizing, Power Generation, and Water Treatment companies.
Business grew and in the 60’s, Moon Welding and Machine Company sought to be certified and became approved applicators for rubber linings produced by the nation’s largest producers of rubber products, BF Goodrich and Goodyear rubber companies. A 12′ diameter x 40′ long vulcanizer insures quality and consistency by providing pressurized curing of rubber lined equipment. Moon Welding was one of the first organizations in the country to receive approved applicator accreditation as regional applicator networks were established.
In 1970, Moon Fabricating Corporation emerged as one of the largest applicators of corrosion resistant lining products in the nation. Services had expanded to include monolithic fiberglass reinforced linings and specialty coatings. The combination of fabricating and corrosion resistant lining provided a single source of supply for lined chemical storage and process equipment.
In 1974, the facilities expanded to include 50,000 square feet of manufacturing. The cranes provide 50,000 pounds of lifting capacity with a 23′ under hook. Additional fabrication equipment includes a 300 ton break press, automated submerged arc welding and CNC plasma burning capability.
