Our Quality Control Process
Projects are reviewed before production begins to confirm material specifications, dimensions, welding requirements, lining systems, coatings, and customer expectations. Materials are verified upon receipt, and critical fabrication steps are inspected during fit-up, welding, assembly, surface preparation, lining, coating, and final completion — so problems are caught at the stage where they're cheapest to fix.
Codes & Standards We Build To
Our experienced fabricators and certified welders work from approved drawings and written procedures. Welding is performed in accordance with applicable standards, including AWS, ASME, and API, along with any customer-specific quality requirements.
Inspection & Testing Methods
Depending on project requirements, inspections may include:
- Dimensional checks and visual weld inspection
- Weld-procedure verification
- Holiday testing and spark testing
- Hardness testing and coating-thickness measurement
- Pressure testing
